據《中視電子報》報導，當天由金鐘主持人陳凱倫精心策劃，林沖身穿白色西裝、帥氣登場，頭髮則明顯挑染過，展現不老精神！林沖一連獻唱多首中英日台語經典歌曲，包括〈I could have danced all night〉、〈相愛到底不分離〉等，更在演唱〈沙麗娜戀歌〉換上紅背心，帶動全場氣氛，活動相當溫馨。

雖然已年屆高齡，但林沖嗓音依舊渾厚、中氣十足，演唱了〈戀心〉、〈永恆的回憶〉、〈這一生最美的祝福〉，最後壓軸獻唱成名作〈鑽石〉，現場親友無不為他的精神感動落淚。
林沖拖著不良於行的身體，站起來向大家道歉：「請大家原諒，我還是不能走...」許下生日願望，他坦言，不知還剩多少時間，希望大家記得他，更希望這不是最後的演出。
